Application Process
Thank you for your interest in our rental properties. Please download a free application below - there is no fee to apply. You may fax, email or mail your application. In order to process your application we will need a copy of your driver's license or ID, and proof of income. Documentation that proves income may include your most recent pay stub, social security, disability, CalWorks, unemployment insurance, alimony, child support payments, general assistance, etc. If you are a Section 8 tenant, a copy of your current voucher is also required. Applications cannot be processed without all required information. Once all required documentation is received we will begin processing your application, and you should receive a response within 3 business days.
Holding deposits are not required until your application is approved. Holding deposits received will be applied toward your move-in costs. Holding deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your application. Apartment units cannot be held without a deposit. All properties will continue to be marketed until the FULL security deposit is received.
